Take 1/2 a cup of oats in a cooking vessel.
Add one glass of skimmed/low-fat milk or water (approx 250ml) into the vessel.
Add sugar for taste. Stevia is recommended.
Cook for approximately 3 minutes on a medium heat and stir occassionally.
Garnish with fruits or seeds and serve hot.
